Information you submit through our application form: name, phone number, email address, city and state, social media handle, and your answers to our application questions. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and site performance.

We use your information to review your application, contact you about sales opportunities with Jacob Sharrow / Virtual Sales, provide onboarding and training information, improve this website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

By ticking the consent box on our reservation or application form and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls and recurring SMS text messages from Jacob Sharrow / Virtual Sales at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer, about your interview and application: confirmation, the Zoom link, reminders, your application link, next steps, and follow up if you miss the call. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in. Because the Zoom link and reminders are delivered by text, the box must be ticked to reserve a spot or submit an application. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not send marketing text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your opt in and phone number are used only to run the interview program described above.

With your consent we send emails about your application, opportunities, training, and company updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not affect transactional messages related to an active application or onboarding process.

We share recruiting information with providers who help us operate this site and our recruiting process, including hosting, CRM, and communication platforms, and where required by law. Optional analytics and advertising sharing is described below. Application answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, and SMS consent are not sent to Google Analytics or Meta by our tracking integration.

Essential storage supports your reservation, referral, and privacy preferences. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources, video progress, and funnel activity. Its event data retention is set to 14 months. If you allow advertising, the Meta Pixel and our server integration send page views and successful reservation and application events to Meta, along with browser and device information and advertising identifiers. Meta may use this information to measure and personalize advertising. Digital Reality LLC manages these tracking services for Jacob Sharrow / Virtual Sales.

Both choices are optional and separate from SMS consent. You can reserve a spot or apply with both declined. Advertising sharing may be considered sharing for targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping advertising tracking off. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days.

Change your privacy choices at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking; it does not remove data already received by a provider.

We keep application data as long as needed for recruiting purposes or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100 percent secure.

Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing at any time. To exercise any right, contact us through the social channels listed in the footer or reply STOP to any text.

This site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
